Our small group training program is designed to blend individual development with game-realistic training, allowing players to improve in a competitive, high-intensity environment while still receiving detailed coaching.

Group Formation & Player Placement

To ensure a productive training environment, groups are formed based on:

• Age: Players are grouped within one year of age

• Level of Play: Players must be at a similar competitive and technical level

• Positional Compatibility: When possible, groups are structured to enhance realistic interactions

• Pre-Formed Groups: If you already have four players, they may train together pending level compatibility

This approach ensures players are challenged appropriately and training remains competitive and effective.
